pas bce artikel ni, duk belek2 kandungan karbohidrat kt mknn2 yg den beli kt giant smlm..
sepeket bskut jacob ade 17.4 g karbohidrat..based on this article, we have to limit our meal to 20g carbohydrate in a day!!!20g jer???1peket bskut pon almost 20g kn?kyg ke mkn sepeket bskut je?bkn 1bungkus tp 1peket only!!!dh tu,kalo dh mkn 17.4g karbohidrat,dh xleh mkn bnde lain ke?belek2 lg, double decker mini yg kecik tu (mini lg,kecik lg), yg biasa jual 30 sen 1 bngkus tu, ade 11.5 g karbohidrat..wahh..blh thn jgk...tp still in safe area la..hoho..tp xleh mkn lebih dr sepeket double decker..tp kn,kalo mkn yg 1bungkus tu,bape agk2 karbohidrat die?
nk thu jwpn die????jwpn die,76.6 g karbo!!!!wah dasyat2....patutla fiza dgr elakkan mkn jajan (cekedis ataupon kite pnggil junk food)..

so,kalo sape2 yg nk diet,or yg nk mengamalkan pemakanan yg sihat mcm fiza korg belek2 dlu kndungn karbo kalo nk bli mknn...

p/s : tp fiza,kalo mkn kt kdi mkn or kt restoran, cane nk cek kndngan karbo???
